"Interlude"
(George De La Rue/Shaper)

This cover of a Timi Yuro song was recorded at the end of the "Vauxhall & I" sessions which stretched from June to August 1993 at Hook End Manor. Morrissey and Siouxsie's vocals were recorded separately, and were mixed together a posteriori by producer Boz Boorer (instead of the "Vauxhall & I" producer Steve Lillywhite). Musicians on this recording were Boz Boorer (guitar), Alain Whyte (guitar), Jonny Bridgwood (bass) and Woodie Taylor (drums), as well as the string section of the band My Life Story (although no musician is credited on the release).
