UK: The album was mainly promoted with a cd+dvd set in card sleeves (cd: 509990-28901-2-8; dvd: 509990-28902-9-6). The cd sleeve shows the usual artwork without text (view left). The dvd sleeve shows the same artwork, without text, in a blue tint (view left). A slight variation includes a cd-r and dvd-r with Major Minor labels, distributed together inside a plastic envelope without artwork and only a sheet of protective paper between them. This set was paired with a Major Minor press release. A different promo cd was distributed without the dvd. It comes with a paper insert featuring the usual album artwork (including the text on the front). It is paired with the same Major Minor press release mentioned above, which also includes information on the DVD.
Argentina: Stock copies of the album with a "Venta Prohibida" promo sticker on them have been reported.
Columbia: Promotion done with the help of promo stickered copies of the album.
