This show was nothing like the previous one in Hamburg. Morrissey was in a great mood and looked rested. He was also quite chatty. The crowd was receptive and appreciative, but not the most energetic. No changes were made to the setlist.

From the minute he walked on stage it was obvious that Morrissey was up for it. He greeted the crowd with the line "Steady!... if you have the hussle, then I've got the muscle, and if I've got the muscle, that means this is Dussel... dorf!" He pulled out an old lyric change from the Smiths days when in set opener "This Charming Man" he sang "will nature make a mouse of me yet". At some point into the show he told the story that he went to the local record shop and didn't find his newest b-sides compilation "Swords", only Michael Bublé and Jamie Collum. When he was handed as a gift a David Bowie LP box set, he said "Let's come to the most important point of the evening... that's when... I receive a gift!"

There are no significant audio or video recordings of the show in circulation at this point in time.
