Promotion:
In the UK, a cd numbered UTICD001PROMO was produced for promotion. The artwork is very similar to stock artwork (including picture label), with promo-only text and titles on the back. A very limited acetate cd numbered UTINFCD001PROMO was produced for earlier more limited promotional purposes. This was available in two forms: in a jewel case with black and white text insert or inside a pvc pouch with stock artwork on the front and tracklisting and contact info on the back.

In the USA, an advanced cd numbered UTICD001 was sent around for promotion. It had mostly black and white artwork.
