Video Bongo is a various artists video compilation made available on VHS and Beta by mail order only from the NME in their September 1984 issues. It featured the "This Charming Man" promotional film the band shot for their appearance on UK television show Riverside on 7 November 1983.

Not Television is a 1986 compilation of classic videos by artists on the Rough Trade label, all introduced by Ivor Cutler. The Smiths are featured with "The Boy With The Thorn In His Side", which is also available on the band's compilation "The Complete Picture".
