This was probably the least interesting of the Irish dates. The crowd didn't seem into the concert as much as in other cities. But Morrissey was still in top form and quite talkative. The lesser known "Lost" and "Sunny" were dropped and replaced by album track "The Teachers Are Afraid Of The Pupils". This was the latter song's first airing since Cologne a month and a half earlier.

Because the concert wasn't sold out and the room wasn't full, Morrissey greeted his audience with "Welcome to my private party". At one point early on he said "I hope some of you know the words... if not, Julia, will you sing along?". Later on he enquired "Is anyone here from Letterkenny?" and followed this shortly after with "I've been to Letterkenny... I have you know...".

More stage banter:
"It's lovely to be here at last... you may be wondering why we haven't got here sooner... it's because I'm not very popular... it's true!"
"We hope to God you know some of these songs, and if you do, sing along as loud as you can".

An audio recording of this concert is out there, but it is just not being shared much at this point in time.
