25 November 1997 Webster Theater, Hartford, CT
Do Your Best And Don't Worry(only the first four songs listed above and the final one are in the proper order, the rest is approximate) This was a great show, Morrissey was energetic, but the crowd lacked enthusiasm. There was a barricade with a large gap between the stage and the fans so no one managed to make it up to Morrissey. The stage itself was quite small and the band couldn't really move a lot. A few changes minor changes were made in the setlist. "Alma Matters", "The More You Ignore Me The Closer I Get", "Spring-Heeled Jim" and "Now My Heart Is Full" were re-introduced in the place of "Why Don't You Find Out For Yourself", "Ambitious Outsiders" and "Trouble Loves Me". Morrissey wasn't very talkative. Some of the very few things he said were "Hello Hartford... I was expecting a bit more... weren't you?" and "this must be the nice side of town", both early in the set. When he came back on stage for the encore he sarcastically introduced "Shoplifters Of The World Unite" with the line "And because our repertoire is so vast..."
