This date saw a return to the style of the earlier concerts of this tour. There wasn't as much pushing and shoving as on the previous two dates. Morrissey and the band were in top shape and in great spirits. Security was very tight so no one managed to make it on stage even if there were quite a few attempts. There was no change in the setlist.

Entering stage, Morrissey exclaimed "Washington!" before going into standard set opener "Maladjusted". At some point during "Alma Matters" he stopped singing and laughed as everyone was singing along. After "Ambitious Outsiders", Morrissey started to say "And yes, of course, it's a... what?" and, being interrupted, never finished what he meant to say. One of the concert highlights for some happened when Morrissey snogged the microphone stand during "Wide To Receive". It lasted for quite a while, after he was done with the lyrics, but before the music ended. He held the stand like a lover and kissed it passionately up and down.

The venue was located in a bad neighbourhood which prompted Morrissey to comment "I must say it's a gorgeous part of town... I feel almost safe... almost... So, Boz?" while waiting for Boz to be ready to launch into "Satan Rejected My Soul". Coming back on stage after the break preceding the encore, Morrissey shouted "God bless you!" before going into "Shoplifters Of The World Unite".

A fair audience recording of the full concert is circulated amongst collectors of bootlegs, on cd or on the internet.
