6 November 1992 The Summit, Houston, TX
You're Gonna Need Someone On Your SideThis concert seemed rather uneventful when compared to the previous two ones. There was still trouble with agressive security, which prompted quite a few comments from Morrissey. There was no change in the setlist, except for the fact that the planned encores of "Jack The Ripper" and "The National Front Disco" were not skipped this time. Entering stage, Morrissey greeted the audience "Well hello!". After "Tomorrow", he tried to say something, but in true Morrissey fashion, he didn't go any further than "Well, I...". After "November Spawned A Monster", Morrissey teased the crowd about security as he had done on the few previous dates "I don't want to be too grim or too depressing, but I'd like to say I hope that security don't bully you too much... (crowd cheers) however, I think that they probably will". After "Certain People I Know", he once again started a line he didn't finish: "I feel compelled to say...". In "Sister I'm A Poet", besides singing the alternate line "A plastic bag stranded at the lights, this once was me" as he always did live, Morrissey also sang "And is evil just something you aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh" and missed quite a few lines after that. This was possibly caused by fans on stage and/or Morrissey being distracted by the security men's actions, because after that song he stated "You know I'm so glad there is so much security today because it makes me feel incredibly secure".
