28 July 1991 Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow, Scotland
Interesting DrugThis gig was scheduled to make up for the cancelled one earlier in May. It didn't go down as one of the best of the tour. There was a good deal of violence by the venue's security toward the rowdy Glaswegian fans, to Morrissey's displeasure. "There's A Place In Hell For Me And My Friends" returned to the set, replacing "I've Changed My Plea To Guilty". After "November Spawned A Monster", Morrissey answered "Oh yes" to someone in the audience. In "Yes I Am Blind" Morrissey started "there must be something horribly wrong..." and as he had been doing for a few dates, he prompted the crowd to end the line "...with me". On this date, as they were doing just that, he accompanied them by making chirping noises. During "The Loop" one or two individuals in the crowd gave Morrissey verbal abuse to which he replied with "Ah.. shut up!". In "Disappointed", Morrissey sang "your friends and your foes would rather die than have to shag you".
