This show was cancelled for fear that the events of the previous night would happen again. The venue could not be adapted for this kind of concert. The managers planned on using folding tables lying on their sides as stage barricades. Obviously, this would not have offered much protection at all.

The cancellation was announced just before the opening of the doors, so obviously many fans were disappointed and angry. Tickets could be used for the next show in Houston.
