This was overall a good show. Morrissey struggled with his voice now and then, and this may be the reason why he was not very talkative. He was still in good form and so was the band. The audience was very energetic at the front, but rather subdued at the back. In the setlist "All You Need Is Me" was replaced by its album-mate "Something Is Squeezing My Skull".

As he walked on stage Morrissey greeted the audience with the line "Borås! You owe it to yourself, take a deep breath..." During set opener "This Charming Man" Plopp chocolate bars were thrown on stage. This followed a tradition started many years before when Morrissey mentioned appreciating that particular brand of chocolate. During "How Soon Is Now?" something else was thrown on stage, this time a Swedish flag. When the audience chanted "Morrissey! Morrissey!" he answered with his own "Swe-den! Swe-den!"

After "The World Is Full Of Crashing Bores", whilst on the subject, he told the crowd "I hear you get Jamie Oliver over here, who is... as I've just sung..." During the traditional chit-chat with fans in the front rows, he mentioned something that had recently happened and asked if anyone knew what he was talking about. He handed the microphone to someone who probably didn't understand his question and just said "Moz I love you!", so Morrissey just went into the next song. He mentioned their next planned concert by saying "Later we're taking a night train to Oslo...." This prompted boos out of the crowd, so he teasingly added "Come on, come on, they won the Eurovision song contest..."
