Sire Records (the Smiths' label in the USA and Canada) released this album instead of "The World Won't Listen". It comprises most of the singles tracks from the latter and the other non-USA album "Hatful Of Hollow", without the tracks from "The Queen Is Dead". It was since released worldwide. The new fans often go for this album as, with 24 tracks, they are having a good run for their money. It is a wise choice, given that it covers material from most of the band's career. For more information, see the "The World Won't Listen" and "Louder Than Bombs" cards from the complete discography. |
