This set compiles all of Morrissey's singles released on Sanctuary (2004-2006), his first three singles, his biggest American hit "The More You Ignore Me, The Closer I Get" as well as two new songs unique to this release: "That's How People Grow Up" and "All You Need Is Me". The older material was remastered for the compilation.

A limited edition features a second disc of 8 songs recorded live in Hollywood in 2007 while on the Greatest Hits tour.
