Additional information:
The songs on this live album were recorded live at Paris Zenith on 22nd December 1992, except for the titles followed by a *, which were recorded live in London 2 days before. The sleeve notes incorrectly state that all songs are from the Paris concert.

Artwork information:
Morrissey, photographed by Linder Sterling. The cd and cassette booklets have four different green tinted photos of Morrissey, head hanging off stage, as if he was about to fall off it. One of these photos is found inside the gatefold LP, and a portion was repeated on the cd itself in a green tint in the UK, grey in Holland, silver in Japan and black and silver in Australia. The image on the Italian cd is reversed.

The "Jack The Ripper" promo artwork shows Gary Day (bassist) and Morrissey.

Etchings on vinyl:
WOULD YOU RISK IT FOR A BISCUIT / none
(this is the last ever release by Morrissey to have an engraved inscription)

Promotion:
UK: A specially pressed promo with a unique picture sleeve (view in left frame) was sent to radio around the time of the release of the album. The tracks on the promo are the live versions of "Jack The Ripper" and "Sister I'm A Poet" taken from the album. This was produced in two formats: cd (CDPOPDJ1632) and 7" (POPDJ1632). Prior to that, anticipation for the upcoming release was whipped up with the circulation of an advance cassette of the full album, with a generic Parlophone inlay card listing titles. A 4-track Parlophone advance cassette also served the same purposes.

Brazil: Copies of the LP were distributed with a promo sticker on the back.

Japan: Promo cds have a red and white promo sticker on the back and 'sample not for sale' etched around the cd's inner ring.
