Morrissey, photographed by Pennie Smith. The USA cd-single has a unique cover (uncredited photograph). The Holland cd has Morrissey's name on the front in black instead of white, making it very difficult to see.

Promotion:
UK: This single was promoted by the second in a series of five retro-style promo 7"s (POPDJ1625; view in left frame) for singles released in 1990 and 1991. Some stock 7" copies were sent to radio with a promo sticker and/or a press release. "Our Frank" was also included on a Parlophone/Capitol various artists radio sampler cd. One-track In Phase promo videos were also produced for promotional purposes.
France: Copies of the EEC 7" were stamped for promotion.
Japan: Promo cds have a white and red promo sticker on the back and 'Sample not for sale' etched around the cd's inner ring. "Our Frank" was included on a various artists radio promo cd at the time of release of this single or the "Kill Uncle" album.
USA: Gold stamped copies of the 12" were used for promotion. A one-track promo cd was sent to radio in the USA, but this item was used mainly to promote the "Kill Uncle" album. "Our Frank" was included a various artists promo sampler titled "Schwartz Sampler".
